Mundus Artium: A Journal of International Literature and the Arts was founded by Professor Rainer Schulte at Ohio University in 1967. The original mission of the journal was to highlight upcoming international poets and writers whose works had previously not been translated into English in the context of American authors. In 1975, Professor Schulte moved to The University of Texas at Dallas and continued the publication of both the journal and Mundus Artium Press. The current version of the journal will remain focused on the discovery of new talent from the international literary scene and will feature author fiction, poetry, and nonfiction. For more information, or to query about with a submission for the journal, please contact us at map@mundusartiumpress.org. |
